Job summary

State Center Community College District is seeking a Temporary Program Assistant - Student Services to support the CCC Student Services division at Clovis Community College, CA. The role covers administrative program implementation, data tracking and student services coordination.

Under general supervision, you will assist with matriculation, scheduling, payroll related tasks and event logistics while maintaining program records and reports.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of modern office practices and equipment.
• Familiarity with program/center services and procedures.
• Strong customer service and telephone etiquette.
• Understanding of student recordkeeping and data input/output.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operation of a student services office or program.
• Assist students with matriculation, applications and enrollment processes.
• Manage scheduling, data entry and reporting for program services.
• Coordinate recruitment, hiring and training of student aides and hourly staff.
• Plan meetings and events, including logistics and minutes.
