Job summary

Project JumpStart, Inc. is seeking a Manager, Student Services in Baltimore to lead recruitment, enrollment, and barrier assessment for program participants.

This role partners with instructors, Career Readiness, and Employment Services to ensure a smooth student journey from enrollment through completion. The position emphasizes collaboration, data-driven decision making, and proactive communication with students and partners to maximize retention and successful transitions to employment

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience in workforce development, human services, or related field.
• Experience coordinating participant services, recruitment/enrollment, and data reporting.
• CRM/case-management systems experience and data documentation skills.
• Valid Maryland driver’s license or ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Lead Recruitment & Enrollment activities and coordinate outreach with community partners.
• Oversee Case Management and supportive services including barrier assessments and individualized plans.
• Coordinate Community Partner relationships and referrals for participant services.
• Manage Program Support, cross-functional workflows, and process improvements within policy.
• Maintain data quality in AGS Prime and generate reports for leadership.
