Job summary

Project JumpStart Inc. seeks a Manager, Student Services in Baltimore for leading recruitment, enrollment, and front-end participant support. You will coordinate barrier assessments, individualized plans, and wraparound services in collaboration with instructors, coordinators, community partners, and leadership.

You will manage data quality in AGS Prime, generate reports, and drive process improvements to enhance participant outcomes and program completion.

Qualifications

• Approximately 3–4 years of experience in workforce development, human services, or related field.
• Experience providing or coordinating participant services, case management, recruitment/enrollment, or similar operations.
• Valid Maryland driver's license or ability to readily obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment and enrollment, verify eligibility, and support enrollment processes.
• Coordinate barrier assessment, individualized support plans, and wraparound services.
• Coordinate participant services with community partners and determine when PJSI support is needed.
• Serve as primary Student Services liaison with instructors, Employment Services, and leadership.
• Maintain quality data in AGS Prime and generate reports to monitor outcomes.
• Identify gaps and propose improvements to Student Services processes.
