Job summary

The University of Texas at Austin's College of Fine Arts seeks a Student Services Coordinator to manage academic records and serve as a key information resource for undergraduates.

The role involves coordinating non-automated transactions, supervising work-study students, updating the department site, and assisting in degree certification and policy documentation. A Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and at least 3 years coordinating or administering a program.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming student messages to central student affairs office and route complex questions to subject matter experts.
• Process non-automated university transactions and coordinate with Registrar and college policies.
• Oversee Student Affairs website content, update copy, and disseminate information via campaigns and newsletters.
• Hire, train, and supervise one to two student work-study employees and manage front desk coverage.
• Support degree certification duties including graduation applications review and degree audit updates.
• Assist in planning and documenting college policies, procedures, and initiatives.
• Engage with leadership to troubleshoot and enhance efficiency and contribute to programs.
• Support professional development and university service activities for the college.
