Job summary

Community College of Baltimore County is seeking an Enrollment Specialist to provide frontline support to students and college partners via phone, chat, text, and email. You will assist with admissions, registration, financial aid, and student accounts, using Banner SIS and Element451 CRM to deliver accurate information.

The role requires an associate degree or 60 transfer credits with 2+ years in a service setting, or a HS diploma with 4+ years.

Qualifications

• Requires associate degree or 60 transfer credits with 2+ years in a service role.
• High School diploma/GED with 4+ years serving customers considered.
• Experience in high-volume telephone-based customer support.
• Familiarity with Banner SIS/Element451 CRM and related tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline enrollment support via phone, chat, text, and email for CCBC students, faculty, and staff.
• Perform daily processing of enrollment-related paperwork and data updates.
• Resolve issues in enrollment, course selection, and refunds to ensure smooth processing.
• Verify and audit student records and respond to inquiries from internal/external sources.
• Document interactions in Element451 CRM and ensure data integrity across systems.
