Job summary

Bowie State University is hiring an Enrollment Services Specialist to support admissions, housing, financial aid, registrar, student accounts, and new student experiences. You will counsel and resolve inquiries with a focus on student success, using systems like PeopleSoft, Zendesk, and Office 365.

You will engage with a diverse campus community, communicate clearly, and participate in events and initiatives across Enrollment Management & Student Affairs.

Qualifications

• Front-facing customer service support for multiple offices.
• Ability to analyze processes and solve problems.
• Strong communication, written and verbal, with diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Counsel, advise, investigate, and resolve inquiries from students, families, faculty, and staff.
• Deliver information about enrollment, records, financial aid, billing, and housing and maintain student success focus.
• Utilize CRM and SIS tools to manage student interactions and document processing.
