Job summary

The role requires a BS/BA and 2–3 years of experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and a willingness to work in a fast-paced environment with peak cycles in billing and term

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science or Arts with 2–3 years of experience.
• Ability to interpret FERPA and higher education requirements.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive student services support to students, families, alumni, faculty, staff, and other stakeholders.
• Receive, research, investigate, and resolve inquiries through multiple channels.
• Interpret and apply policies to determine resolutions and ensure compliance.
• Manage and document interactions using Salesforce, Banner, Zoom, MS Teams, and more.
• Develop expertise in SRFS processes and mentor work-study staff when needed.
