Job summary

Penn State University seeks a Student Resource Support Assistant to be the first point of contact for students in the Counseling & Accessibility Annex. You will help students navigate campus resources, direct them to services, and support front desk operations in a friendly, professional manner.

Responsibilities

Assist students in identifying and accessing appropriate campus resources.
Direct students to Health Services, Counseling Services, Accommodation Services, and other student support offices.
Support front desk operations, appointment check-in, and general inquiries.
Maintain resource materials, displays, and informational handouts.
Assist with wellness, accessibility, and student support programming.
Track program participation and assist with assessment activities.
Assist with office projects and administrative tasks as assigned.
Represent Student Support Services in a professional and welcoming manner.
