Qualifications

• Experience in general office or customer service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist students in-person, by phone, email and chat with questions about procedures and accounts.
• Support outbound calling campaigns and input details of calls into records.
• Represent One Stop at events to promote enrollment and student experiences.
• Provide support to One Stop Center staff and assist with special projects; remote work elements possible.
