Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and at least 3 years of experience.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
• Strong communication and customer service skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assists students with registration and admissions, including academic advising on course transferability.
• Provides guidance in areas such as academic advising, financial aid, and student records.
• Informs and orients students to help them succeed in college settings.
• May advise high school students and parents on dual credit requirements and admissions.
• Assists with processing of transcripts and degree audit data as needed.
• Ensures policies and procedures in the assigned area are followed by staff.
