Job summary

Responsibilities

• Academic Advising – advising students and faculty on degree/program requirements and progression; coordinating with chair/dean and faculty on curriculum.
• Curriculum Planning and Enrollment Management – scheduling classrooms, managing enrollment, and coordinating with campus offices; overseeing enrollment-related processes.
• Programming/Events – planning and delivering student events and workshops including orientation activities.
• ASE/Graduate Student Researcher Management – allocating ASE hours and hiring teaching support.
• GSR Management – monitoring student researchers and ensuring proper classification and timely pay.
• Miscellaneous – other duties as needed during the academic year.
