Responsibilities

• The Intake Advisor serves as the first point of contact for students requesting Haas Undergraduate Program services.
• Oversees Haas Undergraduate in-person and virtual front desks and Haas email advising services.
• Clarifies general College and major policies and procedures, provides guidance on petition and form submissions.
• Helps students assess whether to make an appointment with a Haas College Advisor or other resource on campus.
• Manages the Haas Undergraduate Program Office front reception area and daily operations including ordering supplies and reviewing invoices.
