Wenatchee Valley College in Wenatchee, WA seeks a Customer Service Specialist III to provide high-quality, student-centered help face-to-face, by email, and online. You will guide prospective and enrolled students through admissions, registration, and financial aid processes, resolve issues, and support cross‑departmental inquiries with a professional, empathetic approach.

Reporting to the Director of Enrollment Services, the role requires strong communication skills, proficiency with PeopleSoft

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent education from a regionally accredited college or university.
• Three years of experience helping customers with inquiries, complaints or problems.
• Advanced proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet software (preferably Word and Excel).
• Or, if you do not meet one or more of qualifications listed above but have an applicable combination of education and experience which demonstrates the ability to perform the essential functions of the position.

Responsabilités

• Provide professional, courteous and empathetic student assistance; assist students in navigating admissions and registration.
• Explain account charges, help students navigate their ctcLink account and communicate admission policies.
• Assist with basic registration and financial aid processes and procedures using online and in-person systems.
• Handle complex, cross-departmental student issues and facilitate resolution within guidelines.
