Job summary

Mt. Hood Community College seeks a Recruitment Specialist to engage students using relationship-building and technology-driven outreach. You will support social media content, texting campaigns, and coordinate on-/off-campus recruitment events to position MHCC as a top choice for post-secondary education.

The role includes data analysis, effective communication with prospective students and families, occasional evenings/weekends, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in marketing, education, human resources, communications or related field.
• One year of experience in student recruitment or admissions is required.
• Experience in marketing and/or communication outreach development.

Responsibilities

• Organize and participate in recruitment events and outreach activities regionally.
• Oversee CRM system data, campaigns, and communications for prospective students.
• Assist with social media content and text-based recruitment outreach.
