Job summary

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least one year in student recruitment or admissions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in marketing, education, HR, communications, or related field.
• 1 year of experience in student recruitment or admissions.
• Experience in marketing and/or communication outreach development.
• Experience working with high school age students.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Commitment to equity and diverse community access.

Responsibilities

• Organizes, plans, and participates in recruitment events and outreach activities beyond local areas.
• Oversees the CRM system, audits data, and manages campaigns and timelines.
• Assists and leads content support on social media, software, and texting for recruitment.
• Develops evidence-based recruitment strategies and participates in events and outreach activities.
• Compiles and analyzes data from channels and recommends improvements.
• Communicates admissions information and responds to inquiries.
• Maintains relationships with high school counselors, students, and faculty.
