Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least two years of experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Office, Excel, PowerPoint and Access).
• Experience with ERP/CRMU and recruitment software.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• At least one year building relationships with internal and external partners.
• At least one year of experience analyzing and solving problems.

Responsibilities

• Recruit students who meet admissions requirements.
• Ensure proper documentation and verification of prospective students in Banner.
• Collaborate with staff to promote recruitment and orientation.
• Support implementation of university recruitment plans and retention goals.
• Enter student information into Banner and other tools.
• Take incoming/outgoing calls and verify documents.
• Coordinate decision making with admissions staff.
• Produce information packages for admitted students.
• Follow up on events and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
