Job summary

Adams and Associates, Inc. is seeking a program supervisor to manage recreation, evening, and weekend activities for students. The role involves coordinating schedules, ensuring safety, and mentoring youth within a comprehensive youth services environment.

The successful candidate will collaborate with instructors and center staff to deliver tutoring, enrichment programs and transportation as needed, while maintaining equipment and facility appearance.

Qualifications

• Post-Secondary Degree Required.
• One-year related experience working with youth required.
• Must possess a valid in-State Drivers License and meet Company insurability requirements.
• CDL preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise recreation/evening/weekend programs.
• Ensure safety and program compliance.
• Document participant participation and accountability.
• Maintain equipment inventory and arrange repairs.
• Provide transportation as required.
• Collaborate with Center staff and partners to deliver services.
• Mentor students and reinforce Career Success Standards.
• Coordinate with Center and partners to deliver programs.
• Assist with supervision of the recreation and evening/weekend department.
