Job summary

Adams and Associates is seeking a recreation program assistant to support a diverse student recreation schedule and promote health and wellness for students aged 16 to 24. You will help supervise activities, coordinate with CPP and community resources, and ensure safety and program integrity.

Ideal candidates will enjoy working both independently and as part of a team, show strong organizational skills, and help maintain equipment, documentation, and student accountability across the center.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required, 1-year related field.
• Enjoy working independently and within a team to create positive & fun leisure time programs for students aged 16 to 24.

Responsibilities

• Follows integrity guidelines and ensures no manipulation of student data.
• Assists with supervision of a comprehensive recreation program.
• Coordinates recreation activities with CPP and Social Development, including evening programming.
• Coordinates recreation and leadership activities with Center and local community resources.
• Ensures safe practices and program compliance within safety guidelines.
• Documents student participation and accountability during recreation activities.
• Maintains equipment inventory and controls usage; may oversee student recreation aide program.
• Produces quality work in a thorough and timely manner.
• Provides timely operational support for Center operations to ensure quality programs and services.
