Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate of Arts Degree preferred.
• Minimum three years of experience in recreation management/physical education with youth.
• Valid in-state driver's license and insurability requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the Recreation Department and budget.
• Develop and implement diverse recreation programs for all students.
• Promote health and wellness; publish weekly/monthly schedules.
• Coordinate evening programming with CPP and Social Development.
• Act as Center Shift Manager/Manager on Duty when required.
• Collaborate with Dorm Life, Safety, and Security to supervise students.
• Ensure safety compliance and proper staff coverage across facilities.
