Oklahoma State University, Stillwater campus, is seeking staff to support the Academic Records Unit. Responsibilities include processing official transcripts and maintaining student records with high accuracy in Banner, while delivering excellent customer service to students and alumni.

Responsibilities cover legacy transcript conversion, imaging duties, and changes to student records (major, name, address, tuition adjustments, suspensions).

Competenze

• High School/GED required; degree conferred by start date.
• Admin Supp Spclt I: one year of clerical/customer service experience; post-secondary can substitute.
• Proficient with common software packages (e.g. Word, Excel).

Mansioni

• Fulfill official transcript requests and maintain eTranscript site.
• Process changes to student academic records in Banner.
• Ensure integrity of student records and digital files for current/former students.
• Provide exceptional customer service for transcript-related requests.
• Imaging duties: scanning, indexing, and quality control of documents.
• Other duties as assigned.
