Qualifications

• Professional competency in standard office technology, including Microsoft Office and ability to learn university systems.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate transcripts as directed by the Registrar and transfer policies.
• Transcribe transfer credit into the student information system.
• Communicate with students, faculty, and registrar staff for transfer credit decisions.
• Evaluate and enter CLEP, AP, and other tests granting academic credit into the SIS.
• Track missing transcripts for incoming and returning students.
• Assist the Registrar with special projects and other duties as assigned.
