Qualifications

• Experience with document imaging and electronic filing.
• Strong data entry and organizational skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Enter data into the student record database and verify documents.
• Process admissions applications and transcripts; respond to inquiries.
• Manage Rowan-Cabarrus email accounts and communicate with students and staff.
• Run Informer reports to evaluate RDS changes affecting residency status.
• Maintain and update student records; support registration efforts and document review.
