The role includes ensuring enrollment requirements are met, assisting readmissions, and coordinating with campus teams to meet student needs. Strong knowledge of student systems and effective communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Two years’ experience in college or academic setting preferred.
• Knowledge of Ellucian Colleague, Canvas, Unitime, and related student systems.
• Ability to communicate with students and staff in a professional manner.
• Understanding of policies in the Student Catalog, Faculty Handbook, and college procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality student service in registration and academic records with confidentiality.
• Verify enrollment requirements and assist readmission students.
• Notify students of status changes and monitor attendance.
• Maintain accurate student records in Ellucian Colleague.
• Support academic leadership with enrollment and attendance reports.
