Job summary

Acceleration Academies in Florida seeks a detail‑oriented Registrar to manage enrollment, graduation and withdrawal processes, and maintain accurate student records. You will support students and staff, coordinate transcripts from prior schools, and ensure compliance with district requirements in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have an associate degree (bachelor's preferred) and 2+ years of experience with student records.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years experience managing student records or in a related role.
• Familiarity with non-traditional educational settings or alternative learning environments.
• Bilingual (Spanish preferred).

Responsibilities

• Process enrollments and onboarding, and facilitate orientation sessions.
• Request and evaluate transcripts from prior schools for proper placement.
• Maintain attendance records and manage course schedules and student records.
• Convert grades to district standards and track state testing records.
• Prepare graduation lists and assist with diploma processing.
• Provide administrative support and handle on-site inquiries.
• Collaborate with staff to resolve student-related issues.
