Acceleration Academies is seeking a Registrar to manage student records, enrollment, graduation, and withdrawals in a compliant and efficient manner. The role partners with staff to ensure accurate academic data and smooth operations across the academy network.

The Registrar will oversee attendance tracking, course schedules, immunization records, grade conversions, and graduation documentation, supporting students toward successful outcomes.

Qualificações

• Associate degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of experience managing student records or in a related role.
• Familiarity with non-traditional educational settings or alternative learning environments.

Responsabilidades

• Process enrollments and ensure smooth onboarding.
• Request and evaluate transcripts for proper placement.
• Maintain attendance and student records in compliance with standards.
• Prepare graduation lists and support diploma processing.
• Assist with college applications by providing transcripts.
