Job summary

Harlandale Independent School District's Harlandale High School in San Antonio seeks a Registrar to manage student records, enrollment, transfers and withdrawals at the campus level.

The registrar will handle grade reporting coordination, UIL eligibility, GPA calculation, class rank and honor rolls, and support counselors with enrollment and data reporting. This is a nonexempt, full-time position requiring accuracy and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Education/Certification: High school or GED
• Three years clerical experience preferred
• Proficient keyboarding and file maintenance skills
• Ability to use software to develop or maintain spreadsheets and databases and do word processing

Responsibilities

• Maintain student academic records and process requests for information and transcripts.
• Coordinate grade reporting process, including verification and correction of grades and preparation and distribution of report cards.
• Prepare and distribute UIL eligibility lists.
• Calculate grade point averages, class rank, and prepare honor rolls.
• Assist counselors with the enrollment, withdrawals, and transfer of students.
• Assist campus administration and counselors with the preparation of reports and student data information.
