The position requires attention to detail, proficiency with word processing and databases, and strong communication with staff, students, and families. Office/clerical experience in a school setting is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency required.
• Proficient typing, word processing and file maintenance.
• Experience in public education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Gather, evaluate, verify and distribute grade and course information for all students.
• Verify graduation credits and prepare transcripts as needed.
• Input courses, grade points, and other records for transfer or reentry students.
• Supervise the processing and distribution of grade scans and records.
• Maintain accuracy of grade records and assist with transfer of information to colleges or military admissions.
• Follow Plano ISD policies and attend to supervisor directives.
