Job summary

IDEA Public Schools in San Antonio, TX is seeking a Registrar to manage attendance, enrollment and data integrity within our PowerSchool system. The role emphasizes 97.5% ADA, 100% enrollment, and 100% data accuracy in a fast-paced campus environment.

The Registrar will coordinate with students, families, staff and PEIMS teams to ensure timely attendance reporting, enrollment processing, and compliance with attendance procedures across the College Prep program.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED is required.
• Experience with records or student information is desired.

Responsibilities

• Owns the attendance process for College Prep students.
• Works with students, staff and parents to ensure students attend school every day.
• Communicates attendance reporting to staff, including chronic absenteeism and daily progress metrics.
• Documents attendance changes and corrects attendance data within 24 hours.
• Ensures attendance submissions align with official taking times.
