Qualifications

• California 30-Day Substitute Teaching Credential or preliminary/clear single subject credential.
• Knowledge of state auditing independent study requirements for public charter schools preferred.
• Working knowledge of Google Suite.

Responsibilities

• Maintain internal auditing procedures at the assigned school site(s) ensuring compliance with Student Records and the Compliance Department Student File Manual.
• Coordinate with teachers and administrative staff to implement systems minimizing audit issues.
• Enroll all incoming students and assist staff with creation of student files in the internal student information system during enrollment through withdrawal.
• Review monthly reports from the Student Record Analyst to ensure compliance.
• Prepare for monthly audits, ensuring integrity of student information, work, and attendance in the SIS.
• Utilize problem-solving and critical thinking to improve data management and entry at the school site.
