THRIVE Academy in South Gate, CA is seeking a School Registrar to manage student enrollment, records, and data systems with an emphasis on accuracy and confidentiality. You will coordinate enrollment from application through withdrawal, maintain Infinite Campus data, and support district reporting.

You will collaborate with families, staff, and member districts, ensuring compliant data handling, timely reporting, and clean records across Google Workspace and district systems.

• Coordinate and maintain student enrollment from application through withdrawal.
• Maintain enrollment records and demographic data across systems.
• Enter and verify data in Infinite Campus and other required systems.
• Support local, district, and state reporting requirements and audits.
• Communicate with families and districts with professionalism and clarity.
• Protect confidential information and ensure data quality across platforms.
