Job summary

Bombardier, Aerospace Mexico (B.A.M.), is seeking a Student in Quality Assurance Metrology to contribute to certifying the integrity of aircraft materials, support metrology competencies, and help embed a culture of quality across manufacturing and assembly.

You will participate in improvement projects focused on product and process quality, collaborate with diverse teams to implement corrective actions, and generate metrics and reports to support team goals.

Qualifications

• Interest in aeronautics and a quality-focused career path.
• Recently graduated from a professional degree in Aeronautics, Materials, Metallurgical, Chemical, or related.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
• Experience with problem solving tools.
• Experience with inspection techniques.
• Knowledge of Office 365.
• Strong innovation and teamwork skills.

• Contribute to certifying the integrity of our aircraft materials.
• Interested in adquire & develop metrology competencies
• Participate in the creation of a culture of quality into the natural team, to compliance with the quality management system
• Lead and participate on manufacturing improvement projects focused on product / process quality, and on projects for new products or new processes
• Interact with different support and operative areas to implement corrective actions in order to fix, contain and prevent issues that impact the quality product and / or process adherence.
• Determine metrics, follow up and you will generate reports to achieve the team's goals.
• Participate ensuring product conformity with quality validation during and after manufacturing / assembly process
