Job summary

Bombardier seeks an Engineering/Project professional with 3–8 years in PM or aerospace. You will coordinate across Bombardier sites in North America, support milestones for aircraft platforms, and help define scope, schedules and budgets with cross-functional teams.

Strong communication in English and Spanish is required, French is a plus. We value initiative, collaboration, and the ability to juggle multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail.

Qualifications

  • Engineering degree/diploma or equivalent.
  • 3–8 years in project management or aerospace.
  • Basic understanding of PM processes and principles.
  • Exposure to aircraft technical/manufacturing environments.
  • Structural or systems development exposure is an asset.
  • Professional attitude with strong communication in English and Spanish; French is a plus.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Initiative, collaboration, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Curiosity and motivation to grow technical and PM knowledge.
  • Problem-solving skills and sound judgment.
  • Good digital skills.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to Engineering Change planning by gathering information and coordinating with stakeholders across Bombardier sites in Mexico, Canada, USA.
  • Support projects and activities related to milestones for existing and/or new aircraft platforms.
  • Assist cross-functional teams in defining project scope, schedule, and budget inputs.
  • Define priorities across projects and support schedule updates and communication.
  • Identify potential risks and support mitigation planning and follow-up.
  • Prepare budget and resource allocation information.
  • Prepare project status reports for governance levels.
  • Support Integrated Product Development Team (IPDT) reviews.

How to thrive in this role?
  • You have an Engineering degree/diploma or equivalent working experience, with 3-8 years project management or aerospace;
  • You have a basic understanding of Program/Project Management processes and principles;
  • You have exposure to aircraft technical and/or manufacturing environments,
  • Exposure to structural and/or systems development is an asset.
  • You demonstrate a professional attitude and strong communication skills: you are fluent in both English and Spanish. French is an asset.
  • You have good organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and commitment to your responsibilities;
  • You show initiative, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with guidance;
  • You are curious and motivated to grow your technical and project management knowledge;
  • You demonstrate problem-solving skills and sound judgment to help move projects forward;
  • You have good digital skills.
