Bombardier in Mexico is seeking a Methods Agent, Structures (subassembly area) to define, develop and coordinate modifications to the manufacturing sequence plan, provide technical support, document improvements, and promote production line enhancements.

You should have 1-5 years in Aerospace Manufacturing or Automotive Product Engineering, a degree in Aeronautics/Industrial/Mechanical Engineering, and working knowledge of Catia V5, SAP, 3DVIA, Excel, and Office 365.

Competenze

• Experience in Aerospace Manufacturing or Automotive Product Engineering is preferred (1–5 years).
• Degree in Aeronautics, Industrial, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering required.
• Proficiency with Catia V5, SAP, 3DVIA and advanced Excel; knowledge of Office 365 also expected.
• Familiarity with QMS, SMS, and regulatory standards (ISO 9001, QAD) is a plus.

• Define, develop, and coordinate modifications to the manufacturing sequence plan and precedence diagrams.
• Provide technical support for manufacturing processes and tooling.
• Document and promote modifications, standard practices, and lessons learned to ensure product integrity.
• Design methodologies to ensure design requirements in product planning (as designed, as planned).
• Participate in production requirements validation and site impact analysis.
• Ensure tooling and visual aids function on the production line.
• Promote and coordinate production line improvements and analyze data for quality/line performance.

What are your contributions to the team?

• Based on engineering documentation, you will define, develop, and coordinate modifications to the manufacturing sequence plan and precedence diagrams.
• Provide technical support for manufacturing processes.
• Document and promote modifications, standard practices and lessons learned that ensure product integrity in accordance with design requirements.
• Design methodologies for ensuring design requirements in product planning (as designed, as planned).
• Participate, validate, and provide feedback on production requirements, based on site impact analysis.
• Ensure the functionality of the tooling and visual aids used during the implementation in the production line.
• Promote and coordinate production line improvements.
• Analyze data for improvement on quality processes or line performance

How to thrive in this role?

• You have a minimum of 1 to 5 years of experience within Aerospace Manufacturing or Automotive Product Engineering environment.
• You have a professional degree in Aeronautics, Industrial, Mechanical or Industrial Engineer Administrator.
• You have an English level required to hold a basic conversation and read perfectly the technical documentation.
• You have knowledge and/or certifications of Catia V5 (or related), SAP, 3DVIA, advanced Excel, Office 365
• You have experience with QMS (Quality Management System), SMS (Safety Management System), Siemens Teamcenter, internal and industry regulatory requirements (ISO 9001, QAD, etc.)
• You have experience with project management, drawing interpretation (including GD&T knowledge) and leading problem-solving sessions with different methodologies.
• Desirable knowledge on Power BI and excel macros programming
• Desirable experience analyzing manufacturing and quality data to identify trends, assess process capability and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
