Job summary

The George Washington University’s Graduate School of Education & Human Development is seeking a proactive admissions operations professional to support recruitment and enrollment. The role focuses on processing applications, communicating with prospective students, and generating enrollment reports while collaborating with faculty program directors.

Hybrid work is offered with some in-person activities at the Foggy Bottom campus in Washington, DC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate area of specialization plus 2 years of relevant professional experience.
• Degree requirements may be substituted with an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• Preferred Qualifications include experience with Slate, Salesforce, Banner, Tableau or other CRM/SIS systems.

Responsibilities

• Contact prospective students throughout all stages of the enrollment pipeline.
• Process admissions applications and understand eligibility criteria.
• Prepare communications, generate reports and monitor applications.
• Advise students on registration and review enrollment data.
• Coordinate with faculty program directors and recruitment events.
