Qualifications

Two years general office/administrative work experience or equivalent combination.
Knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office and grant database systems.
Licensed driver with clean record, at least 21 years old.
A.A. or A.A.S. degree preferred.
Experience handling multiple projects.

Responsibilities

Act as first point of contact for the programs, providing information and scheduling.
Help facilitate Career Academy lunches, orientation, transportation, and attendance.
Monitor ETS/UB tracking system and prepare reports with the director.
Prepare purchase orders, travel advances, and other office documents.
Prepare monthly grant expense reports and reconcile Banner reports.
Maintain student files and office paperwork.
Update curriculum materials and social media accounts.
Schedule events, FAFSA nights, and other parent/student meetings.
Assist with trip planning, chaperoning, and staff coordination.
Drive students to events in UCC vans and work as a team member.
