ANSEP Program Assistant at the University of Alaska Kotzebue campus supports 9th-12th grade students, helping them earn college credits while maintaining a safe, structured learning atmosphere. The role is a 9-month, full-time appointment with on-site duties and potential rare remote approvals within Alaska.

You will manage day-to-day logistics, monitor attendance, and prepare activity supplies while promoting student success and compliance with university policies.

Formación

• Some college coursework in a STEM or education field and one to two years progressively responsible experience related to school aged children, or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
• Teaching certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Direct student supervision and support during the academic year.
• Provide academic support and coordinate logistics for activities.
• Track attendance and prep activity supplies.
• Ensure a safe and engaging learning environment following university policies.
• Maintain clear communication with students and staff to uphold professional boundaries.
