You will assist with events such as Orientation and Registration, coordinate with other service areas, and help maintain a smooth student experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate’s degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in a campus or customer-service setting.
• Some accounting or general ledger experience preferred.
• Strong communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Process payments, billing, disbursements with accuracy.
• Manage refunds, grant awards, and student disbursements.
• Oversee collections and payment statuses to ensure timely funding.
• Maintain inventory of student store merchandise and ACH transactions.
