Job summary

Colorado Mountain College seeks a program coordinator to support the Concurrent Enrollment program across local districts. You will coordinate enrollment, testing and related duties, educate students about enrollment options, and collaborate with LEPs and CMC campuses to streamline processes.

The role emphasizes relationship building, event coordination, and strong communication skills, with a focus on student success and program alignment to degree and transfer pathways.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and two years related experience or equivalent.
• Strong written, verbal and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic technology.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external parties.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with school district personnel.
• Serve as liaison between CMC campus and school districts.
• Educate and promote Concurrent Enrollment and ASCENT programs to students.
• Coordinate admissions, placement testing, registration and schedule changes.
• Provide comprehensive academic support and transfer guidance.
