Job summary

Colorado Mountain College seeks a Concurrent Enrollment Program Coordinator to support partnerships between local school districts and CMC campuses. The role focuses on enrollment coordination, student support, and program promotion across districts.

You will collaborate with LEPs and CMC staff to ensure admissions, testing, registration, billing, and grading align with policies and timelines. Strong communication and planning skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external parties.
• Experience organizing events and coordinating activities.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with common software, especially Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with school district personnel and leaders.
• Serve as liaison between CMC campuses and local school districts for Concurrent Enrollment.
• Educate and promote Concurrent Enrollment and ASCENT programs to students and parents.
• Coordinate admissions, placement testing, registration, scheduling, and related duties for Concurrent Enrollment.
• Guide students to resources like tutoring, counseling, accessibility services, career advising, and transfer processes.
• Manage the entire Concurrent Enrollment workflow from recruitment to final grades and billing coordination.
• Interpret placement assessments and stay updated on CDHE policies and programs.
• Coordinate with Accounts Manager on billing and with Registrar on grades and transcripts.
• Participate in governance groups and contribute to program development and integration into college software.
