Job summary

Colorado Mountain College is seeking a Concurrent Enrollment Program Coordinator to support partnerships between local school districts and CMC campuses. The role involves coordinating enrollment, testing, and related duties, building relationships with district personnel, and identifying concurrent enrollment opportunities for students.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree with two years of related experience or equivalent education and experience, plus strong communication and Microsoft

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and two years related experience or equivalent education and experience.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with common software such as Microsoft Office.
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with school district personnel and serve as liaison between CMC campus and school districts.
• Educate and promote Concurrent Enrollment and ASCENT programs to students, including orientations and events.
• Coordinate enrollment, testing, scheduling and administrative duties for Concurrent Enrollment between LEPs and CMC.
• Guide students to resources and manage the Concurrent Enrollment workflow from recruitment to final grades.
