Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human services, Psychology, Counseling, Education, Social Science, Business, Communications, or closely related field.
• Associate degree in Human Services, Psychology, Counseling, Education, Social Science, Business, Communications, or closely related field, with 2 years’ related experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide student support in career development and readiness for workplace independence.
• Meet monthly placement goals with quality placement efforts for assigned students.
• Develop links with employers, labor unions, and training programs to support WBL and placement goals.
• Coordinate ACT/OTP programs, screen and enroll students, assist with financial aid and liaise with other departments.
• Maintain CIS / case notes and follow-up with all assigned students per policy.
