Insights Training Group LLC seeks a dedicated counselor at the Muhlenberg Job Corps Center to deliver personal, social, and career development counseling. You will provide individual and group counseling and crisis intervention to students.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 15 semester hours in social services-related instruction.
• Experience in counseling or related field preferred.
• Ability to document and communicate with families, admissions and staff.

Responsibilities

• Deliver counseling services to students in personal, social, and career development.
• Provide individual and group counseling and crisis intervention.
• Organize counseling sessions for individuals and groups.
• Assist students with advanced training opportunities and college admissions.
• Maintain communications with parents, guardians and Admissions Counselors.
• Serve on committees and help adhere to relevant policies.
