Insights Training Group LLC at the Cincinnati Job Corps Center is seeking a dining services aide to support cooks and the Food Services Supervisor in preparing, serving, and sanitizing the dining facility, equipment, and surfaces.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior experience in food service strongly preferred.
• NRA Food Service Sanitation or equivalent and ServSafe Certification preferred.
• Must obtain ServSafe within first 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Assist cooks and the Food Services Supervisor in preparing, serving, and sanitizing the dining facility, equipment, and surfaces.
• Set up and breakdown serving lines; keep dining and kitchen areas clean and organized.
• Restock items as needed and rotate perishable items to ensure freshness.
• Provide friendly, efficient service to students, staff, and guests.
• Assist with dishes and manage waste disposal; ensure compliance with safety rules and sanitation standards.
