Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in advising, higher education, HR, program administration or related field.
• Master's degree preferred with at least 2 years of advising or related experience.
• Experience coaching and advising students with strong communication skills.
• Proficiency with Office Suite and student information systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct degree reviews and junior audits to outline completed and outstanding requirements.
• Assist readmitted, study away, and transfer students with credits left to finish.
• Advise undeclared and transfer students and represent Academic Affairs on committees.
• Oversee advisor assignments and assist in degree planning and course sequencing.
