Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Preferred: experience with transfer students.
• Familiarity with admissions, transfer, and student services in higher education.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to build trust.
• Experience collaborating across institutions or departments.
• Effective presentation and communication skills for groups and individuals.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main bridge between Utah technical colleges and USU, guiding transfer students to stackable degree options.
• Provide high-touch, one-on-one guidance on certificate-to-associate and associate-to-bachelor pathways.
• Proactively reach out to students early in their programs to inform options.
• Connect students with academic advisors, Registrar’s Office, and enrollment services for credit evaluation and planning.
• Advocate for students and coordinate with campus partners for smooth transitions.
• Represent USU transfer pathways at colleges and in outreach events.
• Collaborate with Admissions, Enrollment Services, and statewide teams to align support.
