Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or closely related field is required.
• 1–3 years of related advising experience preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Advise students on academic goals, course selection, and degree requirements.
• Develop individual academic plans and monitor progress.
• Schedule orientations, group sessions, and events with partnerships.
• Liaise with division deans, faculty and staff to align programs.
• Identify at-risk students and provide appropriate referrals.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as registration and paperwork.
• Attend outreach events to increase enrollment.
