Qualifications

Currently enrolled as an SFBU student in good standing.

Responsibilities

Manage pantry operations and inventory, ensuring shelves and items are organized and safe.
Design, build and maintain a simple website/app showing current items, hours and eligibility requirements.
Lead digital outreach through social media and email updates to promote services and donation drives.
Plan and staff events, information sessions and drives to engage students and the campus community.
Create flyers, posters, and digital content to promote the pantry's mission and services.
Serve as the primary student ambassador and provide a welcoming, confidential experience to users.
Attend a mandatory monthly shift at a partner food bank (2–4 hours).
Collect student feedback and relay needs to the supervisor.
Ensure confidentiality and data protection for student information.
