Program Promotion and Marketing

Campaign Creation: Develop and execute creative marketing and promotional strategies to increase awareness and utilization of the pantry among the student population.

Event Planning: Coordinate and staff outreach events (e.g., table sits, information sessions, donation drives) to engage the community and destigmatize the use of the pantry.

Resource Development: Create appealing and informative flyers, posters, and digital content to promote the pantry's mission and services.

Frontline Service: Serve as the primary, friendly point of contact for students utilizing the pantry, ensuring a welcoming, non-judgmental, and confidential experience.

Confidentiality: Strictly adhere to protocols regarding student privacy and data protection.

Partnership Engagement: Attend one mandatory monthly shift (e.g., 2-4 hours) at the partner food bank to build relationships, assist with community-wide operations, and better understand the food distribution supply chain.

Feedback Collection: Collect and communicate student feedback regarding pantry needs, preferred items, and service quality to the program supervisor.
