Job summary

Qualifications

  • Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with a bachelor's degree and one year of experience in student affairs on a college campus or in a community service program.
  • Experience with budgeting, grant management, and data reporting is preferred.
  • Knowledge of food pantry operations and compliance with relevant regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate planning, development and implementation of a college food pantry program.
  • Oversee budgeting, inventory management and food/donation procurement.
  • Lead staff and volunteers and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
  • Develop fundraising, donor relations and community partnerships.
  • Prepare grant applications, monitoring and outcome reporting.
  • Educate campus and community about the pantry and promote services.
