Responsibilities

• Student Organization Support: coach and assist student organizations in management, planning, leadership development, risk management, and policies.
• Space Reservations & Event Administration: oversee indoor space reservations and serve as technology liaison for the reservation system while ensuring compliance.
• Event Consultation: conduct event consultations for indoor and outdoor student organization events with campus partners.
• Program Planning & Assessment: plan and implement area programs, run workshops, and build tools to measure impact.
• Student Staff Supervision: assist in hiring, training, and supporting graduate/undergraduate student staff.
• Special Projects & Committees: assist on assignments and committees across units as requested.
